Keisuke Kinoshita retired from his position as a professor at an art university and moved to Miyazaki Prefecture last year. He said it was a chance to review his past works, which was allowed by being in a new environment and creating a collection of works to commemorate his retirement. 

This exhibition features the gallery’s first floor exhibiting 30cm square pieces produced between 1990 and 2007, and the second floor exhibiting new works. These placements allow a discovery of the past works by the artist and a comparison of the new and old works. The exhibition features the future outlook stemming from the present, resulting in high hopes for the future.
