SHIBUKI Tomohiro is interested in phenomena that manifest beyond the boundaries of individuality. In this exhibition, he constructs a space based on the perspective that humans are not fixed entities, but are “drifts” where elements carried from the outside gather, as well as the “wind” that carries those elements to others. By presenting an installation on the second floor of the gallery and felt works that serve as specimens of its fragments on the first, he suggests the potential of individual existence as something that emerges within a single flow.

個別性を越えて現れる事象に関心を持つ澁木智宏。本展では、人間をひとつの固定された存在ではなく外から運ばれてきたものが集まった「吹き溜まり」であり、同時にそれらを他者へと運んでいく「風」でもあると捉え空間を構成します。ギャラリー２階にはインスタレーション、またその断片を標本化したフェルト作品を1階に展開し、個々の存在がひとつの流れの中に立ち現れるものとしての可能性を提示します。ぜひご高覧ください。
