The discovery of Tenmei Okamoto’s Three great deities in 2008 led to a transformation in the production style and Koki Miwa says there is now a stronger tendency “to not express something independently, but interact with a particular piece of land and nature, and then creating an opportunity to receive messages from them, which has become the focus of my production.” Exhibiting at “Yearning for Visions” which toured five locations last year, was also a great encouragement. 2008年に岡本天明の三貴神像を実見したことをきっかけに制作スタイルに変化が起こり、最近では以前にも増して「主体的に何かを表現するのではなく、その土地と向き合い、自然と向き合い、その中から便りを受け取る場づくりが自分の制作の軸となった」と話す三輪洸旗。昨年５カ所を巡回した「顕神の夢展」への出展も大いなる後押しとなり、本展には絵画の「顕現作品」10点を展示、ぜひご高覧ください。
