Akiko and Masako Takada are identical twin sisters who create three-dimensional and plane surface artworks and installations. Their works use familiar objects and turn them into different scales and values to question our point of view and perception of time, for example by using pumice stones to create an amphitheater, or playing cards to make Persian carpets.

高田安規子・政子は、立体や平面作品、インスタレーション等を制作する一卵性双生児の姉妹ユニットで、たとえば軽石で円形競技場を、トランプでペルシャ絨毯を、といったように、身近にある物をスケールも価値も異なるものに転換することで私たちの視点や、時間感覚などに問いを投げかける作品を発表しています。
